As many pieces involve custom craftsmanship, order processing typically requires 3-5 business days—extended compared to mass-produced furniture retailers. Beyond this period, your furniture enters our specialized production workflow and becomes non-cancellable, though our generous return window provides ample reconsideration time for your home or office investment.


    Returns & Exchanges

    We guarantee the superior quality of our designer furniture collections. Unused items in original condition with all tags attached may be returned within 21 days of delivery—significantly longer than typical furniture retailers. For exchanges of premium items like solid wood desks or custom-finished wardrobes, we allow 30 days to accommodate potential shipping complexities. Please note: Custom-configured items, personalized pieces, and clearance products marked "Final Sale" are permanently excluded from return eligibility to maintain our artisanal standards.


    Return Conditions

    To uphold our luxury furniture integrity, returned items must satisfy strict criteria: (1) Exhibit zero signs of assembly, usage, or modification (2) Contain all original packaging including Connexa Home protective wraps, hardware kits, and assembly manuals (3) Maintain flawless structural and surface conditions. Our quality team performs comprehensive five-point inspections upon return receipt. Items failing inspection due to assembly marks, scratches, or missing components will be shipped back to you at your expense within 14 business days, accompanied by a detailed condition assessment report.


    Refund Processing

    Refunds require 10-14 business days after we receive and verify your returned furniture—this extended duration ensures thorough inspection of each component's craftsmanship. The refunded amount excludes initial shipping charges and any return transportation fees. For payments processed through PayPal or credit cards, allow an additional 3-5 banking days for financial institution processing before the refund reflects in your account statement.


    Shipping Responsibilities

    Customers assume return shipping costs unless the return stems from our error (incorrect item or manufacturing defect). We strongly recommend insured, tracked freight services for furniture returns—Connexa Home cannot assume liability for return shipments lost in transit. For exchange orders exceeding $500 in value, we provide prepaid specialized furniture shipping labels (with applicable deductions from your refund if labels go unused).


    Damaged/Defective Items

Connexa Home reserves the prerogative to decline returns from clients demonstrating excessive return patterns (exceeding 35% of total orders) to maintain sustainable craftsmanship practices.
